Subscription Plans
Regular Plan
This plan is available to all car users, individual or corporate. The annual subscription is N24,000 payable upon subscription and renewable every year. An active client should contact the Dezeem customer care in case of any incident and await the arrival of the Dezeem team. A subscriber to this plan is entitled to unlimited service from Dezeem within the active period, however, technical repair and spare part costs need to be paid at the incident spot by the client except otherwise arranged..
Classic Plan
The classic package is available to truck or heavy vehicle users. This will be of great value to corporate organizations whose truck ply Nigerian highways with several goods on board. The package attracts a N42,000 annual subscription. An active subscriber must contact Dezeem Customer Care in case of any incident relating to vehicular malfunction on the road.
Gold Plan
This package is available to high-profile clients who desire more comfort on the spot of incident. Except otherwise desired, one of our Toyota Hilux Jeeps will always be available to transport them to their destination to minimize interruption to their itinerary. The package attracts a N42,000 annual subscription. In case the vehicle repair will take a very short time, Dezeem can also move them to any desired spot or hotel for relaxation at no cost if the incident happens at night.
Diamond Plan
This package covers all other subscription plans. The main difference is that Diamond subscribers have contingence accounts with Dezeem. They are credit-worthy clients who can get all their technical service and spare part expenses paid on their behalf by Dezeem while they pay back at the end of the month on receiving their account summary from Dezeem. This package is particularly suitable to corporate customers.

- A client who is yet to renew his/her subscription for a new year is entitled to assistance once from Dezeem only if the expiration of the previous subscription is under 60 days.
- An active regular package client has the opportunity to request that his/her account be used to effect the rescue of another vehicle's problems. However, such client must be in the vehicle at the time of incident and this request can only be once in a year.
