What information does Dezeem require from me?
As part of our procedures to know our customers very well, we require that clients provide their full names, residential addresses, date of birth, registration number and chassis number of the vehicle they wish to register. These details must be supplied when submitting the contract form.
How does Dezeem recognize me when I have a problem?
When you have a problem on the road, please call the contact number you are assigned and keep your five-digit subscription number handy. We suggest you scribble the number somewhere in your vehicle for easy access. We urge that you patiently explain your situation as this will go a long way to help our higly-trained customer care unit provide you with the most suitable Road Representative Engineers to take away your stress.
Who pays for my call when contacting Dezeem?
Our calls are toll-free but please do not hesitate to notify us when you observe that you are being billed for calls to Dezeem Customer care.
Who pays for extra services if any is offered?
You the customer will be responsible for any extra services requested for.
Who pays for any spare part change?
If there is a need to change any of your vehicle parts, you will be responsible for immediate payment due for the part and mechanics involved.
What if I don't have cash to pay for any spare part(s) bought or charges due the mechanic(s)?
Subscribers to the Golden and Corporate plans that pay up their annual premium are free to go to their various stations and pay later for the parts changed, if the cost of repairs could not be paid at the scene of the incident.
I envisage a problem might occur in my vehicle, what should I do?
Our clients are advised to call, if they notice irregularities in their vehicle(s) during their journey before the vehicle totally stops. Dezeem will locate you via our DZ AutoRescue™ system. You can also make a second call to alert us for quick response.
Which areas are not covered?
Dezeem Link Services will not be responsible for vehicle breakdown within cities or towns. We are fully responsible to take fear and stress off highway users in our first phase of roll out.
How do I give feedback of my experience with Dezeem?
We encourage you to rate us via our DIAD, (Distance Information Acquisition Delivery Machine), which will help us to improve on our services to millions of road users across the country.
Can I speak any language of my choice when calling for help?
We speak all the major languages in Nigeria, where your dialect is comprehensible for quick understanding and response.
I have an active subscription but may need help with a vehicle different from the one I registered, can I call for help on such vehicle?
Dezeem will only attend to vehicles indicated upon registration.
